Hi everyone! I have been lurking for a week, got my supps & cds last night and started this morning. I am extremely nervous and scared but excited all at the same time. I'm hoping to cut down from a bottle & 1/2 of wine a day. Worried because in a few days we are leaving for the Bahamas for 9 days which will be a drink fest. Wish me the best.....
