Starty, I post on this thread every week, always looking to for the one with the least time in, because the first days and weeks are the hardest. The shortest time can be considered the biggest victory with that reference point.
Still working on my forth year.My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.Comment

Including yesterday 2 years, 7 months exactly.I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.
Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
