Good morning! I hope everyone has a great Tuesday as well. We have spring fever here as it will top 60 degrees today.

Yoga, music and exercise have been very helpful! I need to keep this routine because its working. I'm really ready to get a few work deadlines OFF of my plate!! A few more weeks and I'll be there.

I'll check in later tonight. Take care! AG

Didn't get scared off with the girl talk, LOL, I've got 6 sisters, I think I've heard it all. Just got busy with work yesterday.
Free time today, yeah! Nice and sunny, about 70 degrees. Might try and get in a bike ride.

Nobody should feel guilty about not getting their dogs teeth cleaned, some really don't need it. And if their breath is bad, you can try and brush their teeth yourself, this usually does the trick. Or there is a chew called Greenies, that clean their teeth, most dogs like 'em like a treat.
However, my dog's breath could knock a Buffalo out at 50 yards.
          Have a great day everyone!

Hi all - I LOVE seeing all of the posts. It had been so quiet - we're getting some life here. :bravo:

But, now I'm back to work. LOL

I've been so flat lately - not depressed but just blah. I think it's just trying to recover from the last month and a half of wedding plans. LMAO So, I haven't had much to say. But, I do check in and think of you all.

Oh Pauly, I am SO sorry!!! Have u been to a doctor? Can u try a different med for your allergies? You know getting drunk will only add shame to all the other sad feelings you have. I know illness is a real trigger for you. Do you feel strong enough to pour the rest of the booze out?

Do you have any soothing TVs at home like chamomile or peppermint tea? Those are really soothing and I relax you. I like Tazo Passion tea. I get it at Walmart. Herbal tea and very soothing. A hot bath might help.

Soothing TEAS not TVs! Grr...voice recording from client's ladies room. Pauly I have to go but I messaged Mama to get a hold of you. So sorry but we are both working right now.

Why don't you post on the Monthly Abs or ASAP threads....instant support there. Sending hugs your way.

Pauly, how are you now? Sorry I wasn't here before. Sending hugs your way. I don't want you to feel even worse about yourself now. Check in let us know your ok.
mr. v you made me laugh with the comment about all your sisters. I know that's how my son feels with his sisters. The poor thing knows a lot more than a guy should! Anyway, I figure it will make him a better husband.
Nora, I sure that's why your feeling kinda blah, all the excitement has died down.
Rusty, hubby's patients caregiver believes it was the al that did her in and not the cancer. I'm not sure what he is basing that on.
So hubby calls me at work to tell me Lucy wasn't feeling well and had a lump by her butt. I told him it was probably her anal glands and to call the vet. Yup, it ruptured! Hubby took her to the vet alone (that's a first!) and they irrigated it, gave her more antibotics and a pain pill. She has to wear a cone on her head for two weeks! We took it off for now as she is not bothering her injury. Meanwhile we're going away next week. She is still bleeding some. I'm shot and so is hubby. Apparently this is not uncommon, but really. I'm a nervous reck.she is resting comfortably right now.
Hang in ther Pauly, honey. Pull yourself back up, you can do it!

Pauly here I am posting on a different thread but I wondered how you are. Can you stop the drinking cos it never makes you feel good. And you always have such regrets. Hope you have managed to get some sleep and have not gone on a big binge. Just keep trying. I don't know much about allergies and what has led up to this. Take care honey

Pauly, do you think your allergy meds make you shaky? There are some that don't have that effect. Please pour out the booze and come back.

Liz, I'm so sorry about Lucy...it's traumatic for both people and pets when something goes awry. I'm thinking of you.

Oh - Pauly. Everyone is right and you know the drill. Please stop today, don't let it continue into tomorrow and the next day. You have a HUGE amount of AF time. That is not lost. Pick yourself up and go back to doing the things that have been working for you. Read back on your posts - you have been very successful.
