Evening all, had a great workout and just relaxing now.

Mama, sounds like you had a great week! There will always be disagreements at work but it sounds like you are handling it very well.

Pauly, I hope the natural stuff works for your allergies. I have been very lucky to never have suffered from them. Many people at work do and they are miserable. You are sounding so good, I am so happy you are able to get right up when you take a tumble.

Rusty, where are you? Enjoying your time off I hope

I am pretty tired so I am off to bed soon.

    Take care all!!!
AL free since March 17th 2011...loving this life. No drinking no matter what.

Hey all...So busy today that I kept trying to check in and kept getting interrupted.

Red - Such a great attitude. Good job for exercising. I know I need to do something.

Pauly - good for you! I hope you find something that works for you. Enjoy your pizza!

AG - I love when I get to just spend time with my son. You're right - it is so rare now.

Mama - so glad that everything went well. Can you relax a little now?

Rusty - what are you up to?

Fen - same with you - how are you?

I hope that everyone is having a wonderful evening.

There was discussion on the Army thread today that many people don't feel comfortable jumping in on ongoing threads. I remember trying to find a spot where I could join in but I was shy so it took me awhile. So, I just want to say it again. Please jump in wherever you feel comfortable. We are all at different stages and are here to help each other. You will be welcomed with open arms. :welcome::hiya:

AG - I forgot to ask how your son is feeling. I hope that he's better today.

Hi all - Well, first time losing a post. Bummer but I know what I did.

Thanks for the reminder Nora! I guess we are all here for the same reason. I also appreciated your nod to the Army thread. I stayed up way too late last night reading. Good stuff. :eek-new:

My son was better today but then the fever spiked back up tonight. Hopefully tomorrow we'll be done. And hopefully no one else will get it.

Mama, what type of work do you do?

I had a case of the "feck-its" today. Not sure why. But, I managed to power through and did not drink. I had band rehearsal at 7pm so that helped a lot. I need to get back to the gym too, its been a busy week at work.

            Take care!

                        Red67 Has 5 Years AF!!!!

Good Morning and Happy St. Patrick's Day!!! If I knew how to post a shamrock or a leprechaun, I would...but I don't. Hahaha! I am Irish so it's a big day for me. I decorate my condo a bit and usually go out for corned beef and cabbage, but not this year. Corned beef is too salty and fattening so I am just enjoying this gloriously sunny day. I have a little bit of paperwork to do for my business but then it's walking on the lake path, exercising, and just enjoying a sober Spring day.

CONGRATULATIONS RED67 on 5 YEARS AF!!!!:welldone: I am sooooo proud and happy for you! I started a a thread for you. :-)

Mr. V...congrats on 2 days AF. Keep it going. :-) Thanks for your honesty and coming and telling us about it. We are here to support you in any way we can.

Nora, thank you for making people feel welcome here. You are such a sweetheart. I think I made that mistake on the Army Thread....where I popped on without being formally invited. Several people didn't acknowledge my posts and now I understand why. Jackie ALWAYS has made me feel welcome, but I can understand if people weren't comfortable with me. We're all different, right? I have been reading the Army Thread and so applaud Stirly for her honesty. Her posts took a lot of guts and I admire that.

ActionGirl...you have band practice? Are you in a band? How is your son feeling?

Pauly-so sorry you are sick again.

Mama-kudos for handling yourself so well in your new job and I am happy your boss sees the value in your work.

Big hellos to everyone else...I have to respond ASAP to my client's email.

                        Back later. ;-)

Oh my gosh - no Rusty. The Army was saying yesterday that they love having people join in and everyone is welcome I'm sorry if I didn't word it very well. I just remember how hard it was for me to post so I wanted to put the word out for people to join in - Army, Steppers, Nest.....wherever they are comfortable.

Hey Rusty! Happy St. Patricks Day. Hubs and I were invited to a party and declined.
Working from home today, so I am goofing off a bit.
AG - I manage a portfolio of apartment communities for different owners. I am also always on the look out for new customers.
Glad you power through the urges yesterday.
Mr. V - keep talking to us, ok?
