Totally agree Glitzy, sitting in front of TV or computer is draining to say the least and I always feel that the less you do, the less you do

Starts you need to take time off work when you're ill - you cannot hope to get well if you are in work & stressed to the hilt - that's why it takes so long - not age.
Same goes for Adam Molls- we all think we are indispensable and opt to work while sick ........ ultimately it always takes longer to get well and perhaps cause more damage than we know.....
Being in HR I've seen it in my job - some cases lead to a tragic end. Just heard of another one today.
We need to take care of ourselves mentally & physically.

Yes glitzy, will have to get help with the kids unfortunately. I absolutely don't want to go back full time Starty, but they are not giving me no choice. Watch this space for some serious moaning!
