As I consider what to write, I am overwhelmed. How do you thank someone for restoring NORMAL to your life? How do you tell her that her constant and steady leadership held a light for you to follow? What are the words of gratitude to offer when someone has scraped you off the floor again and again?

Lav, all I can say is THANK YOU. When you gave me your email address when I went to my first company meeting, I felt as if I had an angel beside me. Thank you for being the first note I read every morning and the last note I read at night. Thank you for believing in me when I didnt believe in myself. Thank you for staying and giving back what you recieved. I love you and I am so grateful our paths crossed. YOU make a difference.
