Hi Kairos - I've been doing very well. I'm really happy and feel free from AL's chains! Drinking the way I did was really a burden and I'm so glad I have changed.

Yes everything going welll thanks. Boy I 've had some real tests this last few weeks. Been hosting so many peolple who enjoy their wine and other drinks. I know that might sound frightening and even folly considering I'm only 3 months off booze but I have been coping. I just visualise the toxins going down their throats and I simply dont want to do it to myself anymore. I've had one wobble due to tiredness and stress of looking after people, but I just got into bad form and got short with my husband. I wasnt tempted to take any alcohol. My skin is looking quite different and my eyes much brighter so there are physical benefits to be seen already. I am in a good place Frances. I'm so glad to hear you are feeling really happy and free from Al's chains. That's beautiful. Let's keep in touch.
