    Super Sober Sunday Shout 17th April 2016

    I'd like to see a SHOUT OUT from members who have been here a while, those just starting again and those just starting out for the very first time.
    The time of the week to use your very megaphone...........





    SHOUT IT LOUD AND PROUD AND STAY STRONG AND KEEP THINKING POSITIVE ONE AND ALL LET'S GIVE OUR BEST TOGETHER .
    So don't be shy and give it a try...........

    For me its 2477 days from the start date to the end date, end date included or 6 years, 9 months, 11 days including the end date...........to be continued :love:

    Thanks for the thread, JC. Enjoy your 29th or whatever birthday :wink:. I certainly feel younger and more alive than I did 7 years ago (your upcoming impressive milestone!) and hope you do, too.

      I'm here. It's a beautiful sunny day here today. Still feeling a bit low (lull) after the past few days, but am proud of my sobriety, and every setback (mainly no support from my friends) inspires me to go further.

      How is everyone today?
      One day at a time.. Sometimes it's one minute or one second at a time.. Most important thing is to look ahead and don't look back!

                  1000 that's ONE THOUSAND DAYS TODAY!
                  I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                  Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

                    Still celebrating life withou alcohol, working through my fourth year.

                    YouKayBee, what a glorious number. Congrats!
                    My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

                            3 years, 9 months, 14 days ..or probably about 17 working days and a breakfast and a nip to poundland and the charity shops ..
                            af since the fourth of July 2012...howzat then America..now proudly marching into year 12
