Thank you Rusty and Nora (and anyone else I may have missed) for your well wishes. The clarity of mind after three months has been a real revelation. I am finally at a point where I can start clearing out the past and moving forward.

Ne,you would never be outsted no they don'tget in trouble,my shop is a feckin zoo!! I started there in'03 by '04 iI was smoking cigs by '05 I started drinking,I dunno if it started to just deal or bad influences or just plain dumb assedness! Also wanted to comment on the drinking thing,I'm tired of people being judgmental on the process it takes some people to get and finally stay sober,we're all individual and what works for Joe may not work for John and so on,there is my opinion on that

My very VALUABLE opinion is that everyone is different and one forum will work great for one person and not for another. But, the only way to know is to try out each forum and see where you fit. I have stopped just going by what people say. I am checking things out and making up my own mind. Guess that means I finally am growing up???? Nah - can't be that. :hahaha:

Its 5.15pm Nora, I finish work at 1.30, part-time, work around the kids school. But I do sneak on from work too. At the beginning I was never off it!
