Morning jacks, Molly, mick and good night Nora and techie!

I get your point techie about keeping the title, I suppose there is pros and cons.
Could we soften the word Army?
Lovely Army of free spirits (sounds political)
    Barmy Army of dry arses..

        Good Morning, Army and Steppers,

4:00 AM Here....Rusty O'Clock. I have work to do before I begin my day so I thought I would pop in and say hello. It was FANTASTIC to see the playfulness, and the support, of the Army troop leaping into the Steppers thread yesterday. Now that is the thread I envision, lively, humorous, but also support for people who wish to remain sober and those struggling to get there.

Jacks-so you like stinky cheese? Um, well, I am not a STINKY cheese person but besides lindberger, I am not sure what Wisconsin has to offer in the stinky cheese department. Hahaha.... yes, you may be the Head Cheese Taster (naughty aihfl....I see you have been feeling frisky....your new relationship must be going well...good for you!:welldone

Molly-so sorry to hear you are struggling with anxiety...that sucks...especially waking up sooo early and you can't get back to sleep. I've had crippling anxiety since I was 4 years old. A very low dose of Baclofen (20 mgs per day) keeps it at bay. If I miss a dose, I can really feel it! I also have to work REALLY hard not to project the worst outcome of any stressful/negative situation...I HAVE to work that hard at it because that path would lead me to drinking. My recovery has lead me to do serious work in my aspects of my life that had been thrown under a carpet of indifference due to my excessive alcohol consumption. Oh God, I am a work in progress. Hahhahahhahah!!!Glad you are back...I missed your smiley avatar, too.

New names for the thread...hmmm....I think someone suggested this already: Stepping Into the Army?

Nora really is a true leader for our thread, and we always like to see some incredibly fun and good-looking men like Techie, aihfl, Mick, Mr.G, etc.

Techie-I LOVE your triathlete avatar, and I like the swimmer the best because he looks like he's swimming nekid. Hahaha

OK, now I MUST get back to work!

Hello to all Steppers, Armers, Unders, Overs, and anyone else at this ungodly early time of day. Happy Saturday or Sunday!! :-)

Quick good morning Rustyredlocks, before I disappear into the land of grocery shopping..............funnily enough the only thing on the list is cheese.

Jacks:heartbeat:My favorite UK Cheesehead...you might like a tour of one of our creameries here. Fascinating how the cheese gets processed. The people in Wisconsin are very friendly, too. Too be honest, I wasn't impressed with the cheese in the UK. Sorry if I have hurt your feelings. :0(

Thank you for always being around for me, Jacks. I am so fond of you and admire you on so many levels. :0)

hiya Rusty...4am there?yep was out early doors today too..now banned from upstairs whilst madam packs for holidays..I tend to stash things like sweets crisps etc in the cases..all the stuff you can get abroad but you take from home ...and its sunny and 73 degrees so I will need a hat ,and a spare one in case I lose that one and a jersey in case it gets cold and a coat in case it rains..thats why Im banned....so in the time honoured fashion ..off for a bimble round the charity shops for bargains and that elusive old masters painting chucked into the shop by accident followed by a jaunt round the pound shops...jealous????
af since the fourth of July 2012...howzat then America..now proudly marching into year 12
