Sound like 'the craic' Satz! How's the weather?
Just back from a 40th. Good few not drinking and by midnight (I was shattered but bringing 3 home, the ONLY downside to this sober life), the non drinkers were way more entertaining than the uncoordinating, over emphasising, joke repeating drunks.
At no point did I feel like I was missing out tonight.

Weather is fab 35 degrees yesterday. Nice and overcast today. Went for a long walk up the mountain to Venetian Castle ruin while others slept off last night.
Priceless feeling knowing that was me 3 years ago.... Realised I never REALLY enjoyed this place properly ... Just wondering when was ok to suggest a cure...... Yuk.....

Satz, you were up early, actually didn't realise there was such a big difference in your time zone.. massive difference in weather! sounds just fabulous.
Yep lots of family/friends at my end have endless justifications for getting buckled this weekend - tough week, month, year, fathers day, birthday, saturday, anythingday.. sure so did I 12 months ago. My head wobbled a bit a for a few weeks there with the good weather, but it is firmly back in place now - what a waste.

hiya Mary,yep the army will return...when you actually think about it...we are all in the one army...as any army is ..made up of different regiments with there own specialist skills, fighting one common enemy,I dont have a thread...its ours...
Nora..you are right ..there are people posting all over the place,so maybes it would be sound if we all got together...whats everyone?elses views?at the end of the day,we are here to quit ,to remain alc free and help and encourage others..every single one of have been or are in those stages..but every single one of us needed that hand to reach out and help us.......

I agree on joining the threads, Mick and the guys here yesterday also spoke about it.
Maybe we could take the word Army with us (Those are our terms )!
