Hey all,I think it's only 106 or something Rusty,didn't have time to post this morning cuz I had an upsetting night with a want to drink that freaked me out,I spent most of the time in the morning on here posting about it on the daily thread,I think I was just overly tired yesterday, stressed about work,hubs'work,crazy ass customers I think it was just overwhelming me,I was glad it started late in the evening instead of the afternoon though,I just went upstairs early,if it had been in the afternoon I don't know what I would have done to get through, Nora,that old man is gross!also I HATE politics talking especially this year cuz I'm not excited about either of them,ya know? Glassy, you had me laughing so hard! I love it! Think we are all tired of the noise on the news these days. I had a patients family member ask me today if she could change the channel on the waiting room tv because she couldn't stand hearing the political rants anymore, I said sure, she asked if we could watch Jerry Springer instead? I about died, and then told her no. I put on The Price is Right instead. Seriously?
Pauly glad you made it through your craving. Coming on here was exactly the thing to do. I know it helps me and yup going to bed early too.
Rusty, I remember when I was younger how I would sleep so good after swimming all day. Even the kids, if they were in the pool all day, I knew it was gonna be a good night. Thanks for the trip down memory lane. We still have the pool and I do swim sometimes but mostly just float around and read.

Always issues at work between employees or residents, but I am in the people business, so I won't bitch here. But yesterday was exceptionally bad and I fought the urge the entire drive to "just grab a few beers". I didn't.
News Flash - Pennsatucky (Bri) is pregnant with baby #3....... those that have been here for a while know about the psychotic B I used to work with....
Lizz - I despise Jerry Springer and all the other "screamer" shows. We found a channel with old shows like Mr. Ed, The Partridge Family, even Bewitched....so we keep it on that at most of my offices.
The lip synch battle is tonight. I have been too busy to get my act together, but I will go and probably end up doing karaoke.
Rusty -your staycation doesn't sound relaxing at all, my love. But I know it's good to get stuff done. And good on you for your exercising. I really like Val Kilmer in "Tombstone". But of course Kurt Russell and Sam Elliot are in that, so you can't go wrong.

Mr V. I didn't realize springer was still on either. Such none sense. I'm with mama, I love those old shows. Mr. Ed is a favorite.
It is hot here as well. Erin and I did go shopping ALLday! We actually started a bit of Christmas shopping and Marks birthday is in September so we got him some stuff, of course we got ourselves something's too. I found these adorable flats that are sparkly. CJ and I will share them. Can't wait to wear them. Had a lovely lunch and then got poured on driving home. It was torrential! Got my haircut tonight too. A very good day indeed!
