Had a sort of bbq yesterday eve (cooked outside,Ate inside!!).

Yes I can relate to what your old room mate says Molly. It might be just an awareness sometimes, but yea, I would think about alcohol, lack of it, rejoicing to be free, imagined conversations on nights out, recalling my dependency, how when why i drank like I did, the taste, the changes now, my husbands drinking...I still look at people's blogs, read novels on addiction, in some ways I'm still obsessed, but I'm sure this will pass (it has done when I'm super busy, on holidays I have more time to reflect/obsess).
I thought this was normal!!!!

Yep, fiction, have a few non fiction, but I think Im passed these now.
Yep, try not to breath - I really liked.
the other one, Summer secrets was a nice easy one, bit predictable - but good.
Still reading the Glorious Heresies, not so much about addition, but lots of drugs and underworld in it. Its brilliant.

Had a lovely lie on the settee and don't do much afternoon

The S&H and his GF are having Grandma & Grandpa round for tea this evening in their new house. I was worried that Grandma wouldn't be able to manage the stairs so she could have a good nosey around upstairs..........but my SIL said when she moved a couple of months ago she made Usain Bolt slow getting up there.

Mr JC goes back to work Tuesday, so we're going up to the community furniture place tomorrow to have a look see. Thinking about getting a tumble drier.

Nope, no dryer but did pick up a settee and HUGE chair for £175 which is being delivered on Wednesday And they'll take our old one away. Couldn't see a thing wrong with it.

Her secret, keeping busy.......... although the last couple of years she's got more frail............so no more bowling........... and the drugs.............prescribed of course

Mick, the son & heir and his GF went to the community places looking for stuff to furnish their new house. Thought we'd have a look see. Admittedly some of the stuff has seen better days but a lot of its immaculate. We were thinking of buying a new one later in the year but couldn't believe our eyes when we saw this settee and chair.

Evening folks - out of the 6 counties and back among my own folk PTL!!! Down from Malin Head and it truly was magnificent - where's the hero of the day???

Hey.. At last am semi free. Have had people big and small hanging out of me all day.. Of all days!!
I have been walking around with a big Bananna grin all day. Lost my laptop, still smiling, kids all starving, still smiling, sprained my foot, still smiling!!

Thanks you so much Molly, JC, Satz and every other hero here. It was an interesting year, thank you holding me together.
