Evening Army....checking in ...have been full time gran to the kiddies....and the terrible twos are certainly keeping me busy with Erin....Paige on the other hand, is defo moving into teenagehood in that she is less interested in playing and more interesed in computers!! Ah Well!

Hi Pauly - hope you were able to get closure on your anxieties.
I'm kinda with the ladies on this one - if he is happier as a plumber then that is what he should be doing. Where is the point of a life of him being unhappy everyday going to work ?
Don't project to the future about what might happen ... go with the flow whatever he decides
- and he should use his gut feeling.
I know I'd choose a happy husband - makes life easier for all.
( we don't need to be living with cranky 'ol feckers do we )

Thanks for all your good wishes anon loverly to see you...I am ...you hoo..yodelled over the alps yustaday to you..hiya moll's. jacs. n satz sounds like a gang of lawyers! ! Pauly. yep you would be nervous but jist 2 things...money isn't everything. .and life isn't a dress rehearsal whatever you have enjoy you gave up the booze to improve your health and life. Nothing more to add re changing jobs/careers you all seemed to be right on the money!
Mega sleep again last night and woke up still tired. Been out for my run and still grateful that I can go out and do it without a hangover, no guilt about drinking and all that came with it. Off to go for a walk with a friend.

Evening All from a very chilly Johannesburg!
Into Pjs and bed early....much warmer way to cope here in winter.
Of course, Pauly....it was 4th July in the USA yesterday....hope it was a good one!
Thinking of moving back here.....kids say they miss me too much......and I miss them too.
Will investigate!

Would normally say, Sunny, think long and hard about moving, make sure its right for you and all that blab but I'm not going to.......... Get looking and get moving. Grandma's are precious .

I think this summer is getting us down. Its wet, windy, grey and the odd bit of sunshine's not lasting long.............think we're going into hibernation early.

Waking up tired after much sleep, id put that down to lacking something.. B??? A good multi vitamin?

All great here, castles and rowing boats on lakes. As before, underwhelmed by the food, (even the supermarket cos we tend to do breakfast and tea at home). It's normal to see people drinking beer from morning, maybe that's in the tourist areas.
Not feeling like a missing anything now.
