    OMG! Pi has 2 years today!!!!!!!!!!!

    I would like to recognize an all 'round wonderful member of MWO. Our very own Pi is celebrating 2 big years today. I rememebr when you first rolled in, I spotted you for a winner then and there. Keep filling us with your warm and nourishing posts and thank you for all you do to make MWO a better place. From top to bottom, you are a treat. Congratulations on this massive accomplishment!!

        Congrats on your new extended life! Great accomplishment.
        My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

          Thrilled but not surprised to see this thread, Pi! You've had a tough several months and managed just fine, no longer tricked into thinking a drink would help with anything. I'm so happy and proud for you :hug:.

            It's way too cool to be at this place, two years free from the alcohol I thought I couldn't live without. And didn't live without, across three decades. So much time I gave up. I have a life now. Mostly very good, some awful, but I'm experiencing it all.

            Thank you for the thread, Byrdie! And thank you all, for the words that I feel your smiles behind Mostly thank you for walking beside me. It's not an easy thing to break free; your support made all the difference. :heartbeat: :welldone:

                Congratulations. You are a true inspiration. I'm so proud for you.
