family members and those that 'take a day off now and again' are probably in denial - it is very easy to have an unhealthy relationship with AL, I believe many many people have a problem. Unfortunately, it is the only socially acceptable drug. think about what it would sound like if someone said "I do speed every now and again" although this argument with marijuana is not holding up anymore.

Weekends were a blooming nightmare because I'd have to wait for a respectable time like lunch time.

Geez I'm saying it was a nightmare waiting............I just don't want to imagine what it must have been like for Mr JC.

In the US liquor stores open at 10 AM and I remember being at the point of irritation because I thought that was too late to open. Geez. 10 AM being too late to buy? Crazy thinking! (At least its crazy to the sober mind.
