Good morning my darlinks and lovelies and magnificents including those yet to drop in.
We've got another 20 days before November..........I'm still of a mind for the monthly. Just because even now I wouldn't read back on a humungous thread. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Afternoon folks.
Questy I know you probably drank last night - but check in anyway.
Staying away solves nothing.
I was still drinking when I started posting here, as were many.
Started & stopped as you are doing , as did many.
But gradually with perseverance you will start asking yourself what is it you really want.

Just keep at it. It can be done.

Agreed with Satz and Starty,on my many benders I've continued to post and read ,of course being open about the drinking, I would never post and say I wasn't drinking if I was in fact drinking, too guilty to do that plus I actually wanted the help even in the midst,I think that by reading/posting there's always been something or someone that has said something to give me a wake up call, if I'd have been away doing my own thing I don't know if I'd have been able to get the balls to keep getting back on the sober train, Mr.V I too have drank when I didn't even feel like it, that's got to be one of the craziest habits, or drinking when you have a cold,it's like duh, have a great day allI have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:
I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me"
Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

Evening from this side of the big pond.
How utterly mad/insane it is that even when we felt like crap we drank.........I did it too and not to put too finer point on it would sometimes throw up the first one............but I had an iron will and would keep at it. Think I'm using that iron will now not to drinkIt could be worse, I could be filing.
