For dinner we have a choice between spaghetti with meat sauce or roast chicccie with root veggies. Personally, I'm having a tahini and honey sandwich on whole wheat bread followed by a yoghurt for lunch. Then choccie.

Oney - I can't believe Adam is 17!! Good Lord, when did that happen??

Tabbers you are not the only one who has had to come back time and time again asking for help. MANY of us long termers have. Stop being a victim and just do as JC says. Post twice a day whatever you want to say. It does help.No one judges we have ALL been there NO EXCEPTIONS What really helps me is posting on the roll call thread. Just my name and a date. See? That is not so hard is it?

Busy Morning here as I am trying to ramp things up with work for Christmas. Plus the fact Rob is mow poxy Vegan so looking up recipes for the bleeder for dinner.

Had a goo on the meds thread, ran back in here pronto!

Haha, my 10 year old hasn't eaten meat in months, which I was ok with cos she eats a good range. Anyway, I made burgers for lunch as she decided to have one! It was an effort, but at least she'd still eat fish - vegan, that's a different ball game!

We as human animals are built and equipped to eat meat ..........why would anyone cut out a huge chunk of what we should be eating.:egad:
I can understand the cruelty aspect deffo - it's horrible.
but free range & grass fed meat is readily available in Ireland & UK.
Most cattle here are grass fed all Summer. So no issues there.

He is a NEW vegan Nora, about a month now so is reading everything he can get his hands on and "somebody told me" that is was fill of crap...sigh.... so he won't eat it!
