I was wondering if anyone has been able to find something holistic for pain relief? Specially bulging neck discs. Looking for something for hubby that isn't AL, opiate, Tylenol or ibuprofen based. Thank you all in advanced.

The book Molls was talking about is all about pain relief 7 Steps To A Pain-Free Life: How to Rapidly Relieve Back, Neck and Shoulder Pain: Amazon.co.uk: Robin McKenzie, Craig Kubey: 978 14218 693: Books

7 steps to a pain free life -- can't do links -- it's by Robin McKenzie --- buggered if I can do links in this new set-up -- but honest to god it's magic -- and so shagging SIMPLE -- and it all just makes sense --
I've given it away to several people who also found relief and it sounds like Molly did, too . Back issues can just ruin your life and the good thing about this is that there is no harm in trying it - you won't make things any worse.
x-post, Starty - and your link is to the updated version, which might be even better!Last edited by NoSugar; October 30, 2016, 02:54 PM.

Off to google the book, the stinging type Starty.
She is a loooooooooooooooooooooooooooon Molls, I would banish her from even penetrating your thought patterns, she has a lot of healing to do of her own it seems.“Somewhere beyond right and wrong, there is a garden. I will meet you there.”

NS, thank you SO much for the book recommendation! I have such severe lower back pain and I can't take my long walks anymore. Thank you for ALWAYS being around on almost EVERY thread when we need you!:heartbeat:
Molly-just ignore that miserable, pathetic creature who most obviously is drinking. You don't care about her...ah, that was too kind. You don't care about IT! Use your IGNORE option on here.

Morning all
How is everyone? Feeling a bit battered and bruised this morning. I fell over a tree route when I was running yesterday, as I was still attached to my dogger I flew for a good few feet and did not notice the bruising at the time. Today I do tho!
Looking forward to our break next week so hope the week flies by and is peaceful
