Nora and Pauly, do either of you do breathing exercises? I had one in the hospital eons ago and they taught me breathing techniques, the techniques are easy to carry, free and effective. The one I use at bedtime is inhale for a count of 4, and slowly exhale to a count of 7, repeat 2 or 3 times.
Does anyone use coloring books? It's a popular enterprise and I used them years ago in rehab during the work shops. I hear much more and focus much better when I do it because I have scattered thinking.
