Not bad, not bad at all in fact pretty good most of the time. Still volunteering and still love it...........most of the time. Same service just a different building and its so busy most days you don't get time to draw breath.

Early risers here! Im an owl, so glued to my bed in the morning - although Id struggle to stay up until 7.30!!
Great fun these mornings as the vomiting bug is rolls through the house. 2am, 4am, 6am etc. Not so bad dealing with the drama when one is not hammered :happy2:.

Its an odd one this Chrimbo.
They come to us.
Mr JC on duty 'til 9pm Christmas Eve..........so he's sitting with his phone in his hand all day and can't stray far...........

Jenny and her fiancé not sure if they're coming Chrimbo Eve or Morning as they're not sure of their hours Christmas.

S&H and his GF are having the morning at their new house and she's going to her mother's and he's coming to us.

Years ago we used have the in-laws, outlaws, passing strangers for the dinner, neighbours round for drinks in the morning with nibbles (hostess with the mostest don't ya know ). Dinner on the table half one and do all this while working on the Christmas Eve hangover with several hair's of the dog. I mean back then wasn't it illegal not to drink champagne all morning on Christmas day.

Used to get a bit of a blur about 5/6pm............then port and cheese time.

haha..we would have orange juice in the morning champagne, the first one anyway - perfectly acceptable!

Hi Jc , yea I could se it sometimes, it was cloudy here, but there was a brighter sky,, I don't trust them mooonies...

I had a lovely dinner with my 3 children last night,it's amazing to see them grow up with there own opinions and views on the world , it was quite enjoyable .
