Little bit work this morning, not much, then I went for a dinner, now back in an Apartment, just stay in now I suppose.

I have them or two with those titles. Yes being aware of what we are doing and feeling is key to getting through. I have been practising similar with 3 ps and learning that my thoughts create my feelings. I try and be aware of that and it does help. At work we are on full throttle from the minute we get there to the minute we leave. That is hard to apply anything during those times. Helps when I get home though
