I try and take even five minutes out sometimes as even though I love my job, Bosses sometimes think its a helicopter I have and also they sometimes project there anger my way if they having bad day.

I also do two CA meetings a week and when I go back to Dublin I hope to get to one there.

That must be tough. My bosses (well the co director) has really high expectations. The customers shout, and the people who work for me are challenging. I get it from every angle or that is how it feels sometimes. Next year should be better.
You ever lost your temper when they have a go?

Lots of times ha ha , ask them do they want to fecking drive...


I no them quite well now so they let me have me little rants.

I also do ask them do they want the local AA meetings number when they cranky in mornings after being out late, they usually just say ....drive the fecking car.

Ha ha I bet you drive them mad (so to speak ) At least you work for yourself to a degree
Do you have to pick them up when they are pissed?

Sometimes yes, but mostly they don't drink etc when out on business/meetings etc

Complaints manager for a finance co. Dealing with 2nd hand car complaints. Sub prime company.

I say that's stressfull enough ?

You would need a let out after a day there.

Yer not wrong there Mario. Probably helped a lot with my starting to drink again

Yea it wouldn't help,, even the title, Complaints manager, Your the manager of complaints yuk yuk.


Can you not try and move to a more satisfying Job ?

I started there just as a credit controller as I was between jobs. Kinda got stuck. Now I have to consider the health care, pension, holidays and decent (ish) pay. I want to start cutting down my hours in a couple of years and I am pretty certain that I am well enough thought of there that they will want to keep be despite my terms At least that is the plan

Well suppose if you can stick it,The amount of people I have met who are just so unhappy in there workplace is unreal, But we need to work to live...and sometimes we just have to lump it.
