And starts I not really religious, its just about acceptance and believing in what your doing, If you haven't tried it you should, I wouldn't be putting you wrong., its helped and worked for me, that's all I can say.

Mario, you have probably helped me more than you know. Given me a lot to think about and some ideas to move forward. I have a week away from everything which will give me a chance to start some healthy practices i think. I am not religious really, more spiritual I think. Been working on acceptance quite a lot lately although sometimes gets a bit fragmented but the foundations are there, just need to add to them.

Sure haven't we all Starts, Sure if it was easy we wouldn't be here, Starts you take and work what is for you, just you, and work from there, that's what I did, then I did get a sponser, a lad from east end of London, Brillrent he was, and he helped and advised me through them, never telling me as its all my choices, just advising me.

It really is so good to see you so successful in every possible way. Yep this time I feel as if I am sober for keeps, I know the pitfalls and I think I know how to navigate round.

Satzy-bum, very sorry to hear that you won't be around for a while. For what it's worth, I pay no attention to people who accuse me of something I haven't done. Meaning that I would never let some "trouble maker" keep me away from something I enjoyed with their inaccurate or accusing comments that have no base in reality. That may be their goal and if I disappear, they win. And I don't let anyone win who doesn't deserve it. Period. Your presence is a valued part of this thread. Has been for a long time. Please think about it a bit more. You always have good advice and it may just be your two cents that help somebody when they need it. :flower:

Satz...your call on having a rest,Iknow about that one...but if you feel that you need a rest,great crack on mate,but do it for the right reasons,not because of someone making unfounded alligators...I know Ive got that fkn t shirt....this is about you maintaining your sobriety,having a craic with your friends and helping others..so really its about what you want ..not what someone else may be wanting you to do....right orf skinny dipping to the seaside ..tho "skinny"is probably kind of stretching it a bit!!

Yes Mick I am doing this for the right reasons. Couldn't really give a shit about 'the haters' if I'm honest.
Kinda just tired of keeping the ship afloat day in day out ....... and only a few constants here for the 'craic' ( including you )
