    Super Sober Sunday Shout Out 6th November 2016

    This week I'd like to see a happy dance for SHOUT OUT SUNDAY ..............from members who have been here a while, those just starting out again and those just starting out for the very first time. I'm especially happy as the blooming fireworks have stopped for today and my Bess has finally calmed down. If anyone's wondering why on earth the Brits should celebrate the 5th of November..........here's a bit of reading............

              Gimping around with my new knee, grateful to be doing this sober. Working through my fifth year.
              My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.
