    December Army (Chrimbo) 2016

    Morning all regulars, lurkers and others

    Cannot believe it is nearly the end of 2016. I also cannot believe I have been clean and sober for 1/4 of it 90 days today to be exact Feeling positive and ready to approach the dreaded (for me) Christmas season. This time last year I was attempting sobriety but white knuckling it somewhat. This year will be very different. It amazes me how our attitudes change when we allow them to and accept I am an addict and cannot enjoy a couple of drinks or a handful of pills :egad: and then leave it at the door to get on with my life.

    Anyhoo, start of a new month ending of an old year so lets pull together and tackle the silly season with all the dignity we can muster :dancin:
