Thanks guys! I'm so excited, I don't know how I will sleep tonight! I'm not telling even hubby or Mark about this. Lol, that's my challenge for the next week. My boys come home tomorrow, that gives me a little time to let this settle in!

We have got rain! Supposed to be pretty strong for a while. They are warning about mudslides & flash floods. Burn areas. Also really cold temps for our area. I'm hoping that the homeless have a place to go. Not used to this weather around here.

For at least a year, my DIL has been telling me that her BIL is cheating on her sister. She named numerous suspicious behaviors, etc.
Well, Jeanette & Casey were out in the area where her mom lives with Jeanette's sister and bil. So, they called her Mom to ask her to breakfast. As they were walking into the restaurant, out walks the husband of her sister hugging another woman. The 3 of them just were in shock staring at him & this woman. He acted like he didn't see them. Then my DIL lost her temper. She started yelling out in Spanish calling his name & saying aren't you going to introduce us? Who is this? She told the other woman that he was married & her sister was pregnant. The woman started to head towards my DIL but the guy grabbed her & pushed into the car & they took off.
He knew he wouldn't be caught because his wife was at work and his MIL is disabled and wouldn't be going out to eat.
Sad situation.

Nora-I loved the blog "Tired of Thinking About Drinking." I read a lot of the stories/posts. Thanks for posting it!! Stay clear of the floods...jeez, those flash floods are deadly. Sorry to hear about the altercation with your DIL's family. Sad situation, like you said.

Pauly-I saw a cute little girl with a Hello Kitty rollerboard suitcase and I thought of you. She looked like she felt all grown up. She was wearing a little pink tutu and little black shoes. I am such a sucker for cute kids.

Pauly - I know what you mean about posting to yourself. This thread is dying out. Not many new people and many of the old people aren't on MWO anymore. Was really glad to see Glassie back though. Even though she is injured. :sad: If everyone wants to let this thread go & meet up on other threads, just say the word. You won't hurt my feelings.

Ok -must get to work. I'm having Fridayitis and don't want to be here. Oh & I have a broken blood vessel in my eye again!

I don't think this thread is dying out. There are ebbs and flows with lots of threads. If we don't post, it's probably because we are just busy living our lives....for better or worse. Sometimes, there just isn't a lot to say or add to a topic...or we want to be able to address EVERYONE and don't have a significant block of time to sit down and do that. I know many times, I would love to be able to offer support to everyone on the thread but I don't have the time and I don't want to forget anyone. Just my two cents. :-)

Nora:hug: you post "enough." PLEASE don't overthink the thread situation. I know this thread isn't as active as The Newbies Nest or The Army but it doesn't mean that we don't care about each other. Sometimes, Less IS really more. :-) ;-)
