OMG rusty, that is too funny!! I actually have nightmares about being pregnant and it is a recurring one. I'm going to have to google and see what it means. Haha, can't stop laughing!!!
Feeling much better tonight. Took some Advil and had hubby give me an adjustment.

Bubba and I will be alone this Christmas, except for Christmas Day when we do our usual trip to the in-laws in Vegreville. Because the kids are spread out from home, they make it home for Christmas every second year, the in-between year is spent at their in-laws. The kids of course are all grown up, the oldest daughter will be 39 on New Years and the rest fall 2 years apart down the list. So we do the Amazon online Christmas Card and Gift Certificate. Lazy I know, but Amazon has everything and they can get what they want and have fun shopping for it lol.

Christmas can be a very depressing time for any of us, and for many reasons, but there’s no reason good enough to make you give up on your quit. The years that Bubba and I spend alone can get me down a bit, but then I just have to remind myself that I can’t keep them to myself, they have a mother and in-laws as well. So I’m just grateful for the times when we do get to see them.

I can imagine that it can be depressing. We haven't had to experience it yet (because they LIVE with us :egad But, the every other year would be hard. I'm sorry that things didn't work out with your daughter for this year. :hug:

Yes Nora,I also have anxiety but I think its Christmas excitement! I re-read my post from yesterday and realized it didn't make sense haha,Kell and her boyfriend were fighting cuz he accused her of cheating, the way it reads is that Louie accused her haha,I shouldn't post when I'm mad Nursie,I loved being on that forum,that's when everyone was still here and we all just kept posting there when MWO cane back up cuz we were having a good ole time there gotta get my baking stuff today, I like to do cookies now cuz during the week everyone would've pigged them out and there'd be none left for Santa oh they did end up taking Louie for his pictures, poor Kell looks miserable in it,they try to act like a normal family yet fight like cats and dogs...I don't get it,anyhoo,hello to all and I wish us all a wonderful AF day

Ahhhh....my mom....I love her dearly...and that's why when she calls me (yesterday....at 8:30PM) and asks me to do her Christmas shopping, I say, "Sure, Mom." And then she says, "oh good, I am so glad you weren't doing anything today, dear." Hahahah. Nope, still not done with my shopping. This is the first time in my life that I will shop on Christmas Eve.

Everybody is probably so busy right now. I guess it's time to start wrapping. I wouldn't want to wait until the last minute or anything. LOL I still have to run out again in the morning to get something for the 15 year old next door & the 8 or 9? year old across the street.

My cousin's husband is starting an aggressive treatment for the brain cancer. Chemo pills & radiation 7 days a week for 6 weeks. Thanks for all your prayers & good thoughts.

Rusty I am feeling your pain. I tried to buy a gift card from Ulta - there must have been a good 30 people in line (ok I guess it could have been 25). I turned around & walked out.

Nora-awww, you are so sweet!:heartbeat:I refuse to wait in line for very long so the day got away from me today and I didn't get out and shop like I had planned. Then, it started snowing really hard and I just decided that I am getting up at Dark O'clock tomorrow so I can be at Kohl's at 5:30 AM and the mall at 7:00 AM. So sorry to hear about your cousin's husband. Yes, I have been praying for him. What a horrible thing to go through over the Christmas holiday.
