I grand ladies , thanks, head a bit all over the place, just back here and had to do an airport run, but got in a CA meeting and when I arrived they asked me would I share, jaysus...then a newcomer asked me would I bring him to the airport, its an hour away. I just said no sorry. only in the door, I need to chill out.

My new years resolution is not to eat choclates,cake,icecream,sweets ever again ever. I have put them in my alcohol addiction box & treat them as the same, not one, not a smell. there out.

I shall be accountable here & elsewhere and feel free to ask me how I getting on.

I have hit my chocolate bottom . Maybe because Gene wilders died this year, him of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory - Wikipedia, but what ever it is, me chocolate biscuit cake eating days are over.

I no its not going to be easy, I know the temptation will just jump out at me unexpectedly , but I have replaced in my my mind chocolate with drink, so that's what is going to help me in this new fight.

Yes starty, I just cutting out all them treats and sweets for a start, That's it, I not on a special diet or anything just doing it one part at a time.
