Going to watch some mindless telly now & eat my din din. Chicken stew ..... basically every veg I could find - with chicken thighs..... YUM !!!

Evening, after a day lolling on the settee............its nearly time to put jammies on and carry on lolling. Just some nice fresh bread, chicken and cheese tonight. Keeping it simple.

usual Saturday..running round like lunitics, gymnastics, football, swimming, park runs, party - I dont know how many times I wondered today, how the feck did I do this with a hangover?? I didnt really, I endured it.. think I was in a state of confusion every Saturday for a decade.

Ahh Mers, takes me back. Drop off at gym, drop off at footie, flee round Tesco, pick up from gym, pick up from footie. Can A,B,C, come for tea, have a sleep over, then can we go to the the cinema, then can we , can we, can we. All in a slight haze and a throbbing of the temples. Sly looking at the watch to see if it was a 'respectable' time to start the cork pulling.

At my darkest it was horrible tbh. One of the tools I am using this time is watching all sorts of video clips surrounding the subject of AL abuse, at least one a day, lest I forget where I have come from. There is some scary s**t out there.

Morning Maddy, I just search 'alcohol liver damage', 'alcohol abuse', 'alcoholics recovery' etc.. etc'.., on youtube, pick a link and they keep coming, plus there are always list down the right hand side of the page if something else catches my eye.
