Hi everyone. Loving all the vits and juices being consumed. I have a juice each morning and i love it. Brocolli, spinach carrot ginger and an apple and maybe some other greenish veg to boost the nutrients.

Well the HR issue is resolved. So I am hoping for a more peaceful existence. Also spent the morning having a very painful arthrogram which involved 8 or so injections in my hip followed by a dye injected. Brought me to tears. But on the plus side both horrible appointments are now done and I can start to look forward a bit.
