I know I read it & reported him, he a tool of the biggest kind but be better of if folks just put him on ignore, ididots like him thrive on publicity & reactions, internet trolls are the biggest cowards out there

Morning all, busy thread.

Most drinking red wine and the smell wafted up my nose from all directions - I REALLY wanted a glass.

Well done Mary. I am guessing it wasn't YOU that wanted a glass of wine the addicted monkey in your brain did and he doesn't know what he is talking about or have your best interests at heart. At least that's how I rationalise it personally.

Back to the docs for me yesterday as still not well. They told me off really. Said I needed to be mindful that I have been and still am pretty ill and it may take about 6 weeks to feel better. Not impressed with that prediction really but it kind of helps to reassure me that it WILL get better

Hiya Starty, good that you are getting this properly checked out. Some things take time, we all here know that well, so give your body a chance and listen to what it is telling you. It will pass.

By reading, replying to the thread, commenting here, and most of all getting wound up, we only feeding the twisted desire of people who get their kicks by causing pain and hurt and mayhem. There was a time when I would have gone there, not anymore, starve them of attention.

Far far more importantly big shout out and well done to Starty & Mr G on kicking AL where it hurts.
