Happy burns night Army.. our Scottish friends did a very traditional dinner last year - I was so uneasy going, 6 months dry, but lots of drama so it distracted me!
I loved the haggis Jacks!
Sorry Satz, wont mention the *iX^% word so, thought you were 35 too, a sort of irish twin to you kids :biglaugh:AF - July 19th 2015 :happy2:

Good morning and for those in down under land Happy Australia Day.
Honestly Mers, I've had a Burn's Night do for the plain and simple reason of a 'legitimate' reason for getting hammered in the middle of the week.
Off to work at my old building *same service) and working with a woman that's a good laugh. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Morning Army
Nothing much to report
Tabbs you are doing great - proud of you.
I wish young Satz would get that 'lightbulb' moment.
You did t seem to be a bad drunk Tabbs - just like me getting quietly pissed every night.
Young Satz is a binge drinker consumes huge amounts and gets senselessly drunk and does stupid things.

It's hard to say satz and molly, when is bad, bad enough...it's like saying when is rock bottom the rock bottom, can things really get worse?Quitting and staying quit isn't easy, its learning a whole new way of thinking. It's accepting a new way of life, and not just accepting it, embracing it...
Worry about tomorrow, tomorrow. Just get through today. Tomorrow will look after itself when it becomes today, because today is all we have to think about.
Friendship is not about how many friends you have or who you've known the longest. It's about who walked into your life, said "I'm here for you", and proved it.

Hi Army peeps,I went from being a rowdy, trouble making,in jail once drunk- to a couch, crying, listening to music drunk and even though I kinda kept to myself and didn't cause any ruckus the crap that was going on in my head was actually worse for me than my crazy acting days if that makes any sense at all,I think young Satz is still just that...young,its harder for them in a way to get over this cuz they have friends that party, still trying to find themselves, all that crap we all had to go through, I feel for you Satz cuz it is so hard to watch these kids make dumb choices, especially when they grew up seeing how we went through hellI have too much shit to do today and tomorrow to drink:sohappy:
I'm taking care of the "tomorrow me"
Drinkin won't help a damn thing! Will only make me sick for DAYS and that ugly, spacey dumb feeling-no thanks!

Evening,
Had a lovely morning at the old place. She took me back to basics and re-learnt everything in a calmer way. I was doing it right in the first place but I wasn't hurried. Learning new stuff as well. Its a lot busier than it used to be but not as manic as my normal place. It could be worse, I could be filing.

Those of us who were passed out on the couch bodies were thinking as we weren't causing any harm to our families ( or we thought we weren't)..........it takes longer for the message to get through. It could be worse, I could be filing.
