Good morning all. Getting through the withdrawal headaches - it's not been so bad really. The last time was awful, with bad night sweats for days. This time three days and nights. I'm thinking - maybe I wasn't that bad. With all the discussion here I forced myself to think about how bad I really was recently. Like some of you I normally started after 5. Except on the weekend when I started around 1-3ish depending. So I always justified being "not that bad". But I counted how many times just this year that I was a comatose drink. It was about four times a week. There was the time son came home late from a night out and I had locked the fron door and blacked out. Took him two hours to wake me. And the time hubby couldn't sleep because of my snoring coma. The myriad times I woke up in the morning and couldn't remember how I showered and got into bed. Just couldn't remember, anything.
Just so I remember its I who needs to be here. I want to change. Thanks for making me face up to myself. No negotiation with A. Blessed Saturday. :thanks:

Morning,
There yous are, you know I fret. Starty, they can now start a plan of treatment. It was one of the happiest days of my life when Mr JC went and got help for his hip. Might sound odd but I couln't force him and man pride stopped him.
Meet my two new canine nephews, Scot and Seth..............my brother & his wife have retired to Scotland (at 55) they're going to start some kind of craft business and look who's joining them.
It could be worse, I could be filing.
