Right off the top of my head, make sure you have "private messaging" enabled in your "settings" and if you change any of your settings, make sure you scroll to the bottom of the page and click on save changes. I sent you a test pm to see if you can at least receive a pm.

I had to go check on a couple of things in settings, so I'll finish now. The "settings" button at the top of the main page will take you to your profile settings. If you scroll down that page, on the left side you'll see "general settings" Click on that, a new page will pop up with all the general settings you can change. When you get to "private messaging" be sure to make all the changes you want in that category, then scroll down to the bottom and "save changes" Hope that helps!

You can also "mention" Forum Manager or Administrator in a post if you can't pm them, they are very helpful and will help sort the issue out.
.

Thank you so much!! The error message I was getting said the text was too long. Thank you for the information. I really appreciate it. Also, I received some messages today and was able to respond without receiving an error notification. Maybe I just need to condense things a bit.

idefineme, thanks for reminding me how wonderful lilac bushes blooming in the spring are. Used to put lilacs in May baskets when I was young. Thankful for the fond memories of May Day and lilacs.

Mmmm. I can just smell them!!

I'm grateful for all the caring people at MWO..

PanhandleKim Congratulations on reaching four wks AF. Keep going. No one regrets waking up un-hung. Just the opposite. Sent you a PM about not being able to PM. Believe there's a limit of 7,500 characters. Try erasing previous PM's that follow in a string, within same PM. Unless, a new title PM is started, they will all stay within that one PM. Hope this makes sense.

dill I know this probably the wrong place to bring this up (doing it anyway, cause imo there's really no wrong way to post). My hubs rarely-rarely drinks and doesn't smoke either. I'm grateful for this. Has been supportive over the yrs. Usually makes it easier. I think he bought beer, not knowing I'd already been drinking. Besides my recent two day binge, had drank three times this yr. Not every time I've drank has been negative. Tho that's far and few between. Last night he barely spoke to me. He did make a comment on it's my behaviour when I do drink. My reaction was what do you expect from an alcoholic. Maybe he got it. I asked him under no circumstances to ever-ever buy me alcohol. Maybe he also bought it from being co-dependant, along with past guilt in our long... marriage.

Orimus Thank you for answering my ? Love the coffee. Thank you...

Thank you for all your support and encouragement... Not giving up.

I'm greatful for the new stone sidewalk just installed in front of our house. I'm always working on the gardens, it makes everything I do look that much better.

I'm grateful for the things my counsellor taught me. I still refer back to exercises she gave me, and for pointing out to me the things that I did to made me miserable, but most of all, how to deal with the thoughts that were always getting in the way of my recovery...

Today I am very grateful for my family for their love AND for the lessons they have brought me and I am able to show them.

I am also so grateful for 3Ps and the direction it turned my life.
