Train station here till an hour ago. Plus son off scouting for the weekend, looked like he was off to Australia backpacking for a year!

Off to see Billy Connolly tonight, looking forward to it. I have seen him a few times over the years and it has always been a howl. I fear this may be his last tour. I remember clearly being at Spike Milligan's last appearance in Dublin, the Q&A were hilarious. Funny I always think of his epitaph when he comes to mind "I told you I was ill".

The son & heir and his mates went to see Billy C a couple of months ago and loved him. On stage for nigh on two and half hours without a break.
