Plenty of weight hang ups here over the years (didn't have the jacks genes) - another 'thing' to obsess about. Perfection, who decides what that is.. although I do think there is a shift to being fit, rather than skinny for Kids these days. Of course, still plenty of scope for obsession there too.

Piled the weight on when I was pregnant with Jenny and never lost it until I took drinking to warp speed. I didn't eat and at one time was down to 7st (98lbs)............I hover around about UK14 these days except in Primark where their sizing is just wrong.

Mary, I mostly read biographies/autobiographies personally, go through them one after another so I do.

I have come to the conclusion I am going to have stop reading the news of a morning however. Every second story is about that f****g dimwit with an ego the size of the White house and it is making me angry. Getting angry at something I have no control over is a bad idea. So there is a Trump ban in my house until further notice or maybe when he starts WW3.
