Hello army!

I am sorry that I've been so rubbish at checking in... it's been a busy old time recently and I'm barely keeping my diary thread updated.

I hope you're all well.

I hit the big 100 days today!! I am soooo happy! I have a day counter app and am about to set some other milestones - 6 months and the huge one of one year so that I can see how far I've come.

on the sciatica, Mers. Haven't had it for a while. My doctor used to recommend getting on all fours and rocking backwards and forwards........worked a treat at home..........but you don't half get some funny looks if you try it in Marks and Spencer.

Not a big fan of Valentine's Day..........we should tell the people we love everyday.
