Woke at 5 and couldn't get back to sleep.
Now off to do online assessment trial run for Civil Service job that could see me through to retirement hopefully .

So drink was taken by said cousins, get the hoover out and rearrange the saucepans...

Not my cousins, my kids cousins! 7 little and not so little - just when I finish 1 meal, I start the next, not to mention the noise levels (I am hiding right now with a cut of tea). Still, I'm not bashing my head off the wall with guilt and exhaustion.. those days are gone. Good riddance.
Anyone doing anything nice today, but windy but nice.

Interview for HR Official - FFS !! Back where I ran from.
BUT ... not too excited 'cos if they want a dogsbody to do everything on a part-time basis - I'm not their girl.
The job spec hinted at this - so I'll be interviewing them too :haha:

I'm not afraid of hard work or pressure but I will not be used again ...

I know I did well and have the skills - but the fear is a young whipper snapper will zoom in and take it ......
