Anyway to combat spaced out feeling on Naltrex/Nalmefene

This is killing me, but we have a great drug but it causes aversion due to the horrible side-effects - I get them even on a very low dose.
You know, feeling totally spaced out, a crawling feeling, intense depersonalisation and detachment,a general feeling of being poisoned or drugged.

Anybody find anyway to chemically mitigate this?

Blue, I don't know. Wish I could be of more help! I've not experienced any side effects from naltrexone other than (extreme) nausea. And I haven't really heard of others who have, though I'm not an expert and haven't read tons about it...

Have you tried any of the nootropics?

I tried naltrexone many years ago and experienced the same effects as you Blue. It was so ghastly I didn't stick with the Nal. I hope you find a solution.
