Hello JC, little video of some of the amazing places I am lucky enough to live near. Any wonder I love getting out and walking.

You pair could pass each other ever week and have no idea . Give everyone you pass tomorrow a wink, just in case!!

Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

Boozy night coming up on Friday - here, in our house. I was perfectly ok about this until MrM came home with the booze earlier and my stomach did an involuntary flip and I let my mind wander. I'll be fine, just having a pre moan. Plus, makes me aware, I cant get complacent.. ever.

Mers why would you have a boozy night in your house ? There is no way I'd sit listening to shite with no escape route.
          Is it a meal - I suppose that's do-able but .... :egad:

Put a time limit on it ? Can you ?

Don't you do that anyway Tabbs ?
Mr S does it and it's mortifing.

Love that Glendalough walk to Miner's Town too

It really is and count myself lucky to live near it. Where we walk most mornings is forest and we rarely meet any one so no need for winking 😂 but I do pass the time of day if we do come across hikers. Must be my west of Ireland heritage. Have you a plan Mary? Booze is everywhere but too much of it in the house would be a real problem for me at this stage. Hubby has wine at weekend s but I buy just enough for him and stock up on my non alcoholic drinks so I always have something. Never keep a stock, too tempting.

Mr S also has West of Ireland roots - his Mam & Dad were Mayo & Galway respectively - that's probably it
I'm a Dub true & true so we're more wary :haha:

How's Joe doing on his mad walk Molls? Did you join him on some of it?

Definitely stocking up of the non al drinks. It's so important.. any little craving I get now is really just thirst. Well, mostly, sometimes a stray thought too.

Ah it's more a food thing (guests bring all the food and we plan it for weeks). We've been doing it a few years and I've done a few teetotal. But this is the first one I'm hosting as a non drinker, so lots of drink in the house at the moment. No more than xmas I suppose and I got through, no, enjoyed, that.
