Was wide awake about 5am............should have got up then.

Off I go to my no smoking advisor............4 weeks and one day today.........I'm not craving the buggers but I still find myself standing or sitting in my smoking places wondering what the feck I'm doing there.

Indeed it is Mario. Beautiful sunrise here, think I will go off out on the bike after breakfast. Aren't these hangover free mornings just one of the very best things we have returned to ourselves?

Oh I am so loving my new improved sober life. Never realised how much I was dillusional when drinking everyday, but my soggy brain just wasn't working properly I guess. I was reading the other day about exactly how when we drink and keep drinking AL shuts down different parts of the brain in order untill we pass out, any wonder I feel so much better now.

Right I am going to make a smoothie, porridge with fruit, freshly ground coffee and wholemeal toast with my posh marmalade. If I can lift my leg after all that I will throw it over the bike and go enjoy the fresh air. Laters folks, be good.

I'm still lying in bed, didn't get into it until 3.30a fecking m!
There will be a few sore heads today.. although there was a few of us non drinkers. More non/light drinkers than piss heads.

Theme was japaneese JC.. food was fabulous. Sushi, teriyaki beef, various currys (not technically from Japan!), goats cheese walnut thingy.. the list goes on. Great night.
I'm exhausted. Would love to be up Howth hill though. Will get a wash on instead
