    Ah your date JC :heartbeat:
How long is he off the sauce?

Love it Tony. worked in a lot of restaurants when studying. Loved it. Hard work but very satisfying. We (staff) also drank a lot :egad:

Work has just gone mental and that's us snowed under until September (hopefully)!

Yeah Mers - the gin gave more bang for your buck - less bottles
Something very sad about empty bottles of gin ...... it's like a real rock bottom
Wine is still acceptable - trendy.

Good morning JC and everyone else. Off to the Kerry in the morning. The cottage does not seem to have wifi so I'll be mia for about ten days. Planning to bring a few books, my crochet and the doggies. So lots of relaxing and walks and climbing the mountain just before we come back. Plenty to keep me occupied. Have a lovely Easter everyone and will catch-up when I get back.

                      Hi Army

JC the Lingoustines are just SOOO expensive to buy in...we'd love to do them but unless you get the tasteless farmed ones, you'd be paying around £18 to £20 for a starter - so it's a non-starter!

Glad to see you all going for different dishes...no-one interested in the Blamoral Chicken? Succulent slow-poached breast of Scottish chicken, stuffed with locally made haggis and wrapped in bacon, served with a (de-alcolised) whisky cream sauce and todays market veg.....

Anyway, off to work - loads to do because it may be a long weekend for most, but it's a pay-day weekend in our business - busy busy!

I'm approaching my next nemesis time of 90-100 days...I know a few people have found this time difficult too - any advice would be helpful... The current plan is just to keep as busy as possible...

                        Evening,
                        Wise words from our Molls.
Don't know if you've already done it, Tony, but a for and against list will be a good idea around now. My alcohol worker made me do one..........reckon the for not drinking covered about 2 pages and the againsts..... was a rather pathetic one line which was..........I want to be like the others

Met a fabulous young man aged 11 this morning. His mum was in an NA meeting and he was sitting outside in the lounge area playing on his nintendo thingy. Had a good auld chat about footie (he's a Man U fan but I told him he'd grow out of it).........he wants to be a goalkeeper when he grows up but he's going to do sports science at Uni first. He's very proud of his mother for kicking the drugs and alcohol.

Hi Mario, very quiet thread some days.
Ethanol is a toxic chemical, why would I drink it?

                                Morning...........wanted you to meet Buddy

Very brave puppy getting his second set of jabs.

Its quiet all over MWO I'm afraid. I can remember logging in and there'd be a mass of posts every day.

Still can't believe that you can't by alcohol today in Ireland. If anyone gets a few minutes could someone explain why. Our shops are all closed Easter Sunday.

We've hired a rug doctor for the weekend.

Oh and my new passport arrived today so planning a trip over to the Emerald Isle prolly October. Haven't seen you lot in forever.
