Free gaff here. Not so long ago, that meant not bothering to put the wine back in the fridge.. because it wouldnt last too long as no one would be around to judge me. Now it means going to bed an hour earlier (cos I dont like being downstairs on my own:cower:!).

Your bang on G.. its all out there for the taking, once we clear the mind.
