    I have perfect BMI and shake after about 3 minutes of planking. Its not easy. My dog also licks my face while I do this so its kind of a distraction. But planking is awesome.

      Quick check in for me as I need to get ready for church. Had a busy day yesterday and then erin stopped by so it ended up being a late night.

      TMH, my inlaws were from NJ and moved to sw fl. I think you are right that most of them go to the east coast.

        Techie, welcome back, we have missed you! You certainly sound like you enjoyed your trip!
        I guess everyone is busy today. We set up the yard sale stuff at church, so we are ready for the sale this weekend. Amazing how much stuff we accumulate! There were a bunch of people helping set up today but we spent the majority of the day there. It's done. Hopefully a lot will sell so we don't need to get rid of it all. Currently watching the World Cup qualifying games. I could get into this World Cup thing.
        Hope everyone's doing ok and enjoying a quiet AF Sunday night.

          Happy Sunday (Monday for Glassie).

          This has been a busy weekend. Had the family get together yesterday. Went well and great to see everyone. Found out that my Uncle hasn't been doing the greatest. Today has been spent finishing getting everything out of the kitchen. I'll tell you what, we might have to rent a dumpster at the rate we are going. Mom napped in her new bedroom today and said that she really liked this room.

          Techie - welcome home. So happy that you had a wonderful trip.

          Liz - what a big job but glad you are all set for the sale next weekend. I'm glad that you and hubby had a good time. How is your Dad?

          TMH - I didn't realize that there was so much rain this time of year. Is it all summer long?

          Mr V - I guess I won't be joining you in the planks. LOL I did have a wild experience yesterday when the leg broke off a chair I was sitting on. My cousin's husband laughed and said it was like Nadia Comenici the way I sprung up as I was falling.

          Glassie - that sounds like fun at the baby's music lesson.

          SK - how's Peggy doing now?

          @empyr3al - did you get a puppy?

          AG - how are things with you? Glad to have hubby home I'll bet.

                [MENTION=9757]NoraC[/MENTION] that is my 2 1/2 year old hybrid poodle Havanese testing it out. He was the test run and I get him half and half custody from a marriage. The cage is designed for my new puppy that is only 4 weeks 4 days. She I think I will call Sadie. Its a training/entertaining/cooling cage for an extremely large yard that I could lose her in.



                Thats my new female I cannot get for another 3 and a half weeks but if you see my posts in the other other threads you'll see what I've done for her.

                    Shih Zu / Jack Russel. Should be about 15 lbs 15 inch tall. Likely the same as my Poovanese. So he was a good test run if he liked it. He liked it and stayed in it for an hour so thats great news.

                      i notice very few people post photos. Pride is the opposition to shame, So be proud. Show some photos of what you are proud of. It doesn't need to be glamorous. Plants, your house, your pet. Whatever.

                        Nora, thanks for asking about dad. He is very quiet and sleeps a lot. He is normally bouncing around chatty and affectionate. He is resigned to letting mom drive. It's like he doesn't care anymore? He said to me today. I don't know what you should do with me? Mom is managing fine she said. It's like he's shrinking away. I was very sad.

                            Oh Liz - that is so sad. Does your dad understand about the upcoming wedding and baby? And if so does he show any excitement?

                              I've been wondering why I've been feeling so flat lately. The only thing that really brings me joy is the grandbabe. And then I realised it's been WAY too long since I've travelled anywhere exciting. So I have a lil plan for next year. Watch this space!

                                Quick check in, Hi all. Busy with work today.
                                3 minutes on a plank is fantastic @empry3al. I hear what your saying about paying for the group, not for everyone to be sure. but you can join in on the facebook page for free. Some people seem to need the extra motivation of paying to succeed; if I paid, I bloody well follow through. Most would spend that much on the drink in a month anyway. Just another way to fight the beast.
                                Whatever works for you is best, Glad you have the doggies to keep you focused, It does seem to do the trick for you!
                                So sorry to hear of your Dad's demise, Liz. Heartbreaking.
