    Funnily enough, I was just mentioning to my eldest (who is nursing a Sunday hangover) how quick 533 days seems in passing but how far it looked in the future those days ago. I then logged on and saw your post

      Four years, 9 months plus. Congrats to everyone!
      My life is better without alcohol, since 9/1/12. My sobriety tool is the list at permalink 236 on the toolbox thread under monthly abstinance.

        1427 days for me.
        I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

        Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years

        AF date 22/07/13
