    Good morning, lovelies, first things first.



    I'll be forever grateful I don't wake up any more at 3am heart pounding, sweating cobs any more and promising myself this would be the day I'd finally do something about my drinking.

    Very hot and humid here, not a breath of wind.
    It could be worse, I could be filing.

      Sure don't miss the 3am wake up either, pillows and sheets soaked through. the only thing not wet, my throat, dry and parched, terrible for my teeth.

        I woke up at 3am with my heart pounding, cold sweats and promising anyone and anything that i would be a good boy.... If only the THUNDER AND LIGHTENING STORM right above my roof would cease!

        But at least I didn't have a headache

        Hope you're all well. Briefest stop off at home to feed the cat - who, by the way troops, is called none other than Molly, good name, eh? - and stuff a pizza down my gob as out to a singing group i've been arm-twisted to join. First night tonight. Will be good to do something that is not a) teaching and b) running.

        It's humpday - nearly the weekend. Have a good evening peeps.

              Hello again all - did a bit of spring cleaning and here I am all fresh and new thanks to a seriously diligent and kind administrator! So howdy all and smashing to see Arsey back -
