        Glassie - do not over do it at work.

        Liz - I hope you hear from your family soon. We just heard from my cousin and they are ok. Some 75-100 ft trees fell in his back yard but did not hit the house.

          I hope that everyone has a FANTASTIC week. I hope that everyone is safe.

          I don't know how much I'll be around tomorrow. I've hired a young 20 something girl. If things go right, she will be taking over the shipping so a huge amount of my time will be freed up. I will have been there 40 years this month. Anyway, it is going to be a very long week. Having a new person in a small office environment is always challenging. (Understatement)

            Has anyone seen 'It' yet? I love that book and have read it more times than I can count. But, a little wary of seeing a movie? I have such vivid images in my mind.

              Thanks for the thoughts everyone! Of the many people I know in Florida, so far everyone is safe, but too early to tell about damage reports as things, as the storm is still wreaking havoc.

                Bird, Mr V, and anyone else near the hurricane, keep safe all been thinking of yours all, seeing it on TV can't believe how big it is, and there is another hurricane after that one as well, what going on ! it cazy ....
                Tomorrow am meeting my daughter for lunch, which will be nice, she got a week off work and she is bored, I can never remember being bored on my holidays of work.

                  I will be back later. I had a major meltdown at work today - almost quit. And I told my boss that I have been seriously considering it. Anyway - long story but I had reached the end of my rope and I made it known.

                        Nora I’m so glad you finally told your boss about how you feel. How did he/she react? It was certainly well overdue!!

                        Well I was starting to feel better so went back to work on Monday and Tuesday and then today (Wed) I started coughing violently at about 3am and haven’t stopped since so I’m home again.

                        On a much happier note – can you believe my little granddaughter will be turning one in two weeks? I’m buying a few lovely things of course, but the thing I like best is that I've been asked to buy her first passport. (We travel a bit in this family)

                          NorA, well done for you letting your boss know how you feel.
                          Glassie, I can't believe my grand daughter is 5yrs old it goes so quick I will be seeing my grandkids today my grandson is 3. They always make me laugh. Feel so lucky that am here to see them grow up. I do love a kids party😊
