Yep.........Nando's is all about chicken. Nice enough but excellent for 20 plus alkies in various stages of recovery to have a good old laugh, gossip and a bloody good time. Gawd we're a noisy bunch.

Well home i am - was sad leaving there - but it's lovely to be home - love our 4 seasons - yeah - tired but happy - i find it a bit - I dunno - maddening - like there were lots of Scandinavians there but I really paid attention to which country they were from - ach - a minor detail - my plate breaking days ended a while back Arsey:welldone:

Good morning all. That's how I felt last night Mary. Was shattered after all the driving, fell into bed. Welcome back Molly. I'm like you, love something about each season. Not crazy about walking in the dark in the morning before work but it has its advantages, no traffic at that hour. Playing catch up today in the house.

[MENTION=15758]rustop59[/MENTION] am studying bookkeeping & computerised accounts. Very intensed my 1st exam is going to be onice 19/10 or if the class is not ready then it shall be the 26/10, there is a lot to cover.
Am also feeling shattered today after college I need to take some headache tablets. My brain is not use to working this hard 😴

You know Tabbers, that was exactly what was going through my mind this morning on the train. How long did we cling to the idea that alcohol was the be all and end all of our lives.........that if we gave up we would somehow be a weaker person because we weren't 'normal' because we couldn't have a few bevvies. We've spent years of our lives and various ways of trying to fit into society's norm. Well bollix to that ....... my laughter now is real, my tears are now are real, my happiness is real, my sadness is real..........I like it, I enjoy it........think I'll stick with it.

I love the seasons too. But the amount of people going around in the dark on the back roads with no hi viz is nuts.. I nearly ran over 3 young fellas on their bikes last night.. black clothes, no lights or reflectors..

Good morning all. I'm lit up like a Christmas tree Mary, high viz jacket and you should see the yoke himself got me last year, belt with lights in every direction, it is safer though so I go along with it. Good for you Catch. I went back and did Administrative assistant diploma after 20 years out of the work force. Didn't mind the course but hated taking exams again. Was worth it though, got my 2 day a week job out of it so happy days. Got my crochet today and missed last few weeks so looking forward to that.
