      Yeah, like in the sept thread i live in a staging area for planes and its increadible what these pilots do. I giggled at the alarms going off because they are really really loud. New governor general here in Canada as of today.

          Hey guys. Yes, so sad what happened in Las Vegas. It's hard to process the amount of deaths and injuries! I had to turn off the tv. I just can't keep hearing the apsame thing over and over. Praying for all those involved!

          Went to a wake this evening. My girl friends father died. He had dementia. He was relatively ok a month ago and traveled to his native Norway. They always spent summers there. Literally 2 weeks back and he declined rapidly. I'm glad that had that one last memorable summer together before he got too bad. Kind of makes me face my reality with my dad and that's sad. My dad did not have a good day yesterday. Enough sadness from me. Watching sitcoms cuddling with Lucy and talking to you guys.
          Hope you all had a good day today and hope you have a nice restful sober night.

              All this false information being passed around on Facebook and the other sites. People just keep hitting the share button without checking any facts. Makes everything worse - getting people upset. :sad: :sad:

                Pauly it must be terrible to see this happening in your home town. I'm thinking of you all.

                Nora - I've had to limit my social media use lately. The stupid and ugly burns my retinas.

                Rusty I'm glad the wedding was a happy occasion. We have to cling to those at these times.

                  That would be why I only open facebook now once a day for a time limited 3 minutes. Its gotten so bad that I'm ashamed to even be on it. Unfortunately I need it to get my dog as seen in my avatar.

                      Thanks Liz. You must be feeling very strange now that little Logan is a few months old and the stress of the wedding is over. I hope you can relax a bit!

                          Hello Steppers. Well I’m back home. Devastated by the Las Vegas tragedy. Let’s send them all loving healing light. Energize the field with our positive loving emotions. Love always diminishes fear.

                          In other news, Techie fractured two ribs. We went off trail in Yosemite . Not smart but it’s what we do. Climbing down a steep hill the tree root I was supporting myself with loosened and fell with me. I am fine as long as I do not sneeze, cough, laugh, or get on my bike.

                            BTW, if you ever to Yosemite, I recommend the cabins at Hetch Hetchy. Very spotty Internet and cell phone. However, the best staff and service I’ve ever experienced. It was quite a distance from the trailhead but I would do it again. xo
